Honey-Nougat Chocolate Fondue

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup/125 ml half-and-half (10%) cream 1 bay (13 oz [400gl) Swiss honey-nougat chocolate bar, chopped 1 tbsp/15 ml Kahlua, cognac or other liqueur



1 In a saucepan heat cream over low heat until warm. Add chocolate bar, stirring constantly until nearly melted. Remove from heat. Continue stirring until melted. Slowly stir in Kahlua; mix well. Transfer immediately to dessert fondue pot over candle flame.
2 Spear a piece of fruit or cake with fondue fork and dip in fondue.
