| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cup/125 ml half-and-half (10%) cream | 1 bay (13 oz [400gl) Swiss honey-nougat chocolate bar, chopped | 1 tbsp/15 ml Kahlua, cognac or other liqueur |
| 1 | In a saucepan heat cream over low heat until warm. Add chocolate bar, stirring constantly until nearly melted. Remove from heat. Continue stirring until melted. Slowly stir in Kahlua; mix well. Transfer immediately to dessert fondue pot over candle flame. |
| 2 | Spear a piece of fruit or cake with fondue fork and dip in fondue. |
