| flour | 4 pork chops | 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce |
| 1 teaspoon grated orange peel | 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (optional) | 1/4 cup water |
| 1 | Flour chops and brown in a little hot fat in skillet. Mix cranberry sauce, orange peel, pineapple and water and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour, or until fork-tender. |
