Cranberry Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS:
flour 4 pork chops 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange peel 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (optional) 1/4 cup water



1 Flour chops and brown in a little hot fat in skillet. Mix cranberry sauce, orange peel, pineapple and water and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour, or until fork-tender.
