INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower 1 pound beef 2 onions
7-10 garlic cloves cooking oil salt and pepper



1 Cut up cauliflower into sprigs. Cut meat into small cubes. Chop onion very fine. Peel garlic and halve diagonally, leaving all these items separate.
2 Fry onion until pale yellow, then add meat and fry until it reabsorbs its juice. Add water to barely cover, boil, add seasoning and garlic, and cook for about 20 minutes. Add cauliflower and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
