Homemade Mustard

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup dry English mustard 1/2 cup cold water 1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar



1 Mix the mustard and cold water very well. Blend in the honey and vinegar. Chill until ready for use. For best flavor, serve at room temperature.
