| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 6 hard boiled eggs | 1 tblsp butter or margarine 15ml | 1 tblsp flour 15 ml |
| 1/2 cup grated cheese 56g | 3/4 cup milk 175ml | 1 cup bread crumbs 112g |
| 1/2 tsp salt 2ml | 1/4 tsp pepper | |
| 1 | Boil eggs hard (10 minutes after water boils). |
| 2 | Make white sauce. |
| 3 | Cut eggs into slices. |
| 4 | Put alternate layers of eggs, sauce and bread crumbs (as in macaroni and cheese). |
| 5 | Sprinkle top with cheese. |
| 6 | Bake 15-25 minutes in a moderate oven or until done. |
