INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds fresh rhubarb 1-1/2 cups sugar 1/2 tespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup water



1 Wash rhubarb well and slice it into 1-inch pieces. Place it into crock cooker. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, and sprinkle it over rhubarb, along with the water. Cover and cook at low for 2 to 3 hours.
