| 2 pounds fresh rhubarb | 1-1/2 cups sugar | 1/2 tespoon cinnamon |

| 1 | Wash rhubarb well and slice it into 1-inch pieces. Place it into crock cooker. Mix sugar and cinnamon together, and sprinkle it over rhubarb, along with the water. Cover and cook at low for 2 to 3 hours. |
