INGREDIENTS:



1 In medium size sauce pan melt margarine over low heat.
2 Gradually add two tbsps flour.
3 Remove sauce pan from heat, gradually stir in one cup milk, (evaporated or fresh milk) Return to heat stir constantly to avoid lumps.
