Serase Wine

INGREDIENTS:
2 ozs serase (dried) 2 ozs ginger (crushed) 10-12 cups water
brown sugar to taste 1-2 tsps icing glass 1-2 tblsps yeast



1 Rinse serase leaves and sterm.
2 In medium size pot, add serase, ginger and water.
3 Boil for 5-10 minutes. Put to cool.
4 When luke warm, add sugar, yeast and icing glass. Stir.
5 Cover with a clean cloth. Leave for 3-5 days.
6 Strain, taste, and sweeten again if necessary.
7 Put in a clean bottle. Yields 1 gallon approximately. Belizean herb.
