| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 8 ounces broad noodles | 1/2 pound butter | 4 ounces cream cheese |
| 1 cup cottage cheese | 1 cup sour cream | 1 egg |
| 1/2 cup milk | salt, if desired | pepper, if desired |
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F. |
| 2 | Parboil noodles until almost tender. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl. |
| 3 | While noodles are hot, add butter (or margarine) and cream cheese. Mix until melted. Add cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, and milk, mixing together well. |
| 4 | Pour into a casserole dish. |
| 5 | Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and top starts to brown. |
