Healthful Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups fat free or low-fat milk 2/3 cup sugar 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 (8-ounce) carton egg substitute, thawed 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup plain fat-free or low-fat yogurt, stirred



1 In a 2-quart saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and corn syrup. Add egg substitute; stir until well blended. Cook and stir over moderate heat until mixture is very thick. Remove from heat; cool. Add vanilla and yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.
