Favorite Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries 2/3 cup sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup honey 1 cup low-fat milk 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred



1 In a blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, puree raspberries; strain and discard seeds. In medium saucepan, mix sugar and cornstarch. Stir in honey and milk. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture simmers (about 6 to 8 minutes). Remove from heat; add pureed berries. Cool; stir in yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or follow refrigerator-freezer instructions.
