Banana Brownie Bars

INGREDIENTS:
nonstick cooking spray 1 8 or 10-ounce package brownie mix 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 egg 2 to 3 tablespoons water 1 cup broken dried banana chips
1 cup milk chocolate pieces (6 ounces) 1 cup tiny marshmallows 3/4 cup chopped walnuts



1 Preheat oven to 325 F. Lightly coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2 In a medium bowl, stir together the brownie mix, oats, egg, and water. With floured hands, spread evenly in bottom of prepared pan.
3 Bake for 5 minutes. Layer banana chips, chocolate pieces, marshmallows, and walnuts over partially baked crust; press down gently. Bake 15 minutes more. Cool in pan on a wire rack; cut into bars.
