| 1 | In a small saucepan, stir together brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in 2/3 cup water, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Serve warm. |
