Classic Martini

INGREDIENTS:
3 green olives (pitted but not stuffed) blue cheese, crumbled 1/2 cup ice cubes
2 ounces vodka or gin 1/4 ounce dry vermouth



1 Stuff olives with blue cheese. Thread the olives onto a cocktail pick; set aside. Place ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add vodka and vermouth. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with skewered olives.
