Cheese Grits

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups chicken broth 1 cup quick-cooking grits 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup milk 2 large eggs, beaten 3/4 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce



1 Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium saucepan, bring the broth to a boil. Add the grits and cook according to package directions. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese. In a bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and Tabasco sauce, then stir into the grits. Pour the grits into a lightly greased casserole and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with Grillades.
