Brownie Kisses

48-60 each These are very pretty on a tray if you choose several varieties of Kisses, such as Hershey Hugs and Kisses filled with caramel.


INGREDIENTS:
1 package fudge brownie mix (13 by 9-inch pan size) 48-60 chocolate kisses (any variety or mixture)



1 Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line mini muffin tins with tiny paper liners. Remove foil from candies.
2 Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for fudge-like brownies. Fill prepared cups two-thirds full. Bake 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and set pan on a heat-proof surface.
3 Immediately top each with a chocolate kis, pressing in slightly. After a minute or two, the kisses will actually be melted but will still keep their shape, so they will collapse if you press on them again. Cool for 10 minutes in pans, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
