| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 tablespoons olive oil | 1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard | 2 tablespoons soy sauce |
| 1 garlic clove, minced | 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger | 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce |
| 1 teaspoon dried thyme | 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives | 1 6-pound leg of lamb |
| 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| 1 | In medium bowl, combine the oil, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, Tabasco sauce, thyme, and chives. Place the lamb on a rack in a roasting pan. Coat the lamb with the mustard mixture, sprinkle it with the bread crumbs, and let it stand for 1 hour. |
