Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Puree liver in a food processor, then add the egg and oil. Mix together. Add this wet mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon to cookie-dough consistency. With a teaspoon, drop batter 1 inch apart onto a baking sheet covered with greased or non-stick foil. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cookies are firm to the touch. Turn off oven. For harder consistency, leave cookies inside cooling oven for 1 to 2 hours or overnight. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. |
