In a large bowl, combine the flours. Puree the liver in the food processor. Once liquefied, add olive oil and eggs and continue processing until well combined. Pour the liver mixture into the dry mixture and mix with a spoon into a sticky batter. Pour onto a baking sheet covered with greased or non-stick foil and spread evenly with a wet spatula or wet hands. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is firm. Remove from the oven and cool for about a half hour or until cool enough to handle. Then turn the dough over, peel off the foil and cut into small treats. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. |
