| 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour | 1/2 cup oat or wheat bran | 1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans | 1/4 cup safflower oil | 1/4 cup honey |
| 2 eggs, beaten | 1 cup blue cheese crumbles | |

| 2 | In a large bowl, mix together the flour, bran, baking soda, and nuts. Add the oil, honey, eggs, and blue cheese and stir together with a spoon. Form into bite-sized balls and place onto a baking sheet covered with greased or non-stick foil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tops and bottoms are brown. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. |
