Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the egg and milk and mix into a dough. Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness and place on a baking sheet covered with greased or non-stick foil. Sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. When cool enough to handle, turn the dough over, peel off the foil and cut into small treats. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freeze any treats you won't be able to use within a week. |
