| 32 oucnes low-fat or non-fat yogurt | 2 mashed bananas | 1/2 cup natural peanut butter |

| 1 | Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Blend well. Fill small paper cups (like three-ounce bathroom-size paper cups) with mixture. Freeze at least two hours or until solid. To serve, let thaw slightly and pop a Pupsicle out of the cup into a bowl by pressing on the bottom of the cup. |
