Mix the flour, powdered milk, and cheddar cheese together in a bowl. Add oil and water. Stir into a dough. Add some more flour (up to 1/4 cup) if the dough is too sticky to roll out easily. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to 1/4-1/2-inch thickness, putting flour on the rolling pin, if necesary. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tops start to brown. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. |
