| 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour | 1/2 cup tapioca flour | 1/4 cup carob powder |
| 2 tablespoons applesauce | 1 tablespoon brown rice syrup or molasses | 1 cup water |
| 1 | Preheat the oven to 350 F. |
| 2 | Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add applesauce, brown rice syrup or molasses, and water. Use a spoon to mix into a batter. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8-inch square baking pan. Use the back of a wet spoon to spread to the edges. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is firm. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. |
