Tuna Stars

INGREDIENTS:
1 6-ounce can albacore tuna in water, undrained 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 large eggs
1/4 cup flour, for rolling out treats



1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2 Put the tuna and water from the can into a bowl. Use a fork to shred the tuna into fine pieces.
3 Add the 1-1/4 cup flour and eggs, mixing well.
4 Sprinkle the 1/4 cup flour on a breadboard. Roll out the dough in the flour until the dough is about 1/4 inch thick.
5 Use a 1-inch star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the treats; place the cut-out treats on a greased cookie sheet.
6 Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, watching to make sure the arms of the stars do not burn.
7 Remove from the oven, let cool thoroughly, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
