Thanksgiving Turkey and Rice

50 to 60 1/2-teaspoon-sized treats


INGREDIENTS:
1 2.5-ounce jar turkey baby food 1 tablespoon sweet potato baby food 1 tablespoon finely grated carrots
1 cup rice flour 1 large egg 1 tablespoon water drained from a can of albacore tuna in water



1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well.
3 Form the dough into balls about 1/2 teaspoon in size and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
4 Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until the bottoms of the treats are golden brown.
5 Remove from the oven, let cool thoroughly, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
6 CRUNCHIER TREATS: If your cat loves crunchier treats, when all the cookies have been baked, turn off the oven. Place all the cookies back on a cookie sheet and return them to the oven. Leave the cookies in the cooling oven for several hours or overnight.
