| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup carob powder | 1 cup skim milk | 2 tablespoons honey |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla | 3 cups bran flake cereal | |
| 1 | In a large bowl, combine carob, milk, honey and vanilla. |
| 2 | Add bran flakes and mix thoroughly. |
| 3 | Break off golf ball-size pieces and form into balls. |
| 4 | Place balls in a sealed container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. |
