INGREDIENTS:
5 cups of mixed fruit, cut in bite-sized pieces (apples, grapes, bluerries, bananas, and strawberries work well) 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup Fresca



1 In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the wheat germ and add the Fresca. Place the fruit in a large bowl and add the yogurt mixture. Stir well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
