| 5 cups of mixed fruit, cut in bite-sized pieces (apples, grapes, bluerries, bananas, and strawberries work well) | 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt | 1/4 cup wheat germ |

| 1 | In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the wheat germ and add the Fresca. Place the fruit in a large bowl and add the yogurt mixture. Stir well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving. |
