Xena's Favorite Treats

60 to 70 1/4-teaspoon-sized treats


INGREDIENTS:
1 6-ounce can albacore tuna in oil or water, drained 2/3 cup high-quality dry cat food



1 Place the tuna in a small bowl and use a fork to shred it into fine pieces.
2 Place the cat food in a food processor or blender and grind it to a coarse powder. Measure 2/3 cup after grinding.
3 Combine the ground dry cat food with the tuna, mixing well.
4 Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before using.
5 During training sessions, offer 1/4 teaspoon of this treat to your cat on the end of a popsicle stick or on the tip of a small spoon.
6 Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
