100 1/4-teaspoon-sized treats

INGREDIENTS:
1-1/4 cups whole wheat flour 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 large egg 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/3 cup goat's milk
1/4 cup dried catnip

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a mixing bowl, mix together the first three ingredients.
3 Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
4 If the dough is too stiff to mix well with a spoon, flour your hands so you can handle the dough without it sticking and knead it.
5 Using a spoon, scoop up 1/4-teaspoon-sized bits of the dough. Form each scoop into a small ball and place on a greased cookie sheet.
6 Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the bottoms of the treats are golden brown. Flip the treats and bake for a few more minutes or until the treats are golden brown on both sides.
7 Remove from the oven, let cool thoroughly, and store in an airtight container.
