Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. |

Place the tuna in a mixing bowl. Use a fork to shred the tuna into fine pieces. |

Add to the tuna all the remaining ingredients except the catnip, mixing well. The dough will be sticky. |

using a 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon, scoop bite-sized treats and place on a greased cookie sheet. |

Sprinkle all the treats with dried catnip. |

Bake for 10 minutes or until the treats are golden brown. |

Flip the treats and bake for another 5 minutes or until the treats are golden brown on both sides. |

When the cookies have been baked, turn off the oven. Put all the cookies back on a cookie sheet and return them to the oven. Leave them in the cooling oven for several hours or overnight to harden. |

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. |
