INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil 4 large corn tortillas 1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon



1 In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
2 Lightly brown the tortillas on both sides, cooking one at a time. Add more oil as needed to keep the bottom of the skillet coated.
3 Place the tortillas on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
4 Sprinkle the tortillas with the brown sugar and cinnamon.
5 Cut the tortillas into bite-size pieces and serve when cooled.
