| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 can cream of celery soup | 1/2 cup mayonnaise | 2 cups Sprite |
| 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced | 1 package white and wild rice | 1 pound can Frech style green beans, not drained |
| 1 medium onion, chopped | 1 medium jar pimento, chopped | 1 can water chestnuts, sliced |
| salt and pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | In a large mixing bowl, combine the soup, mayonnasie, and Sprite and mix well. Stir in the chicken, rice, green beans, onion, pimento, water chestnuts, and salt and pepper. Place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. |
