Place the sardines and their oil in a food processor or blender and puree to a thick paste. (Add a tablespoon or two of water if the fish doesn't form a paste.) |

Place the paste in a mixing bowl and add the bread crumbs. Stir well to mix thoroughly. |

Place the mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. |

During training, serve tiny bits on the end of a small spoon or a popsicle stick. |

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 wekk. Extra treats can be formed into bite-sized treats and frozen. |
