Turkey and Parmesan Crumbles

20 to 30 teaspoon-sized treats


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup crumbled cooked ground turkey 1/4 cup canned grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 teaspoon brewer's yeast
1/3 cup flaxseed meal 1/3 cup oat flour



1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2 Place the crumbled cooked turkey in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. If needed, add just enough water to process the meat.
3 Place the pureed meat in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. The dough will be dry and crumbly.
4 Spread the crumbles evenly on a greased cookie sheet.
5 Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until dry.
6 Serve by the teaspoon as treats or sprinkle a little over a teaspoon of yogurt or cottage cheese.
7 Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
