50 1/2-teaspoon-sized treats

INGREDIENTS:
1 2.5-ounce jar lamb baby food 1/2 cup rice flour 1 tablespoon finely greated carrots
1 large egg

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, mixing well. The dough will be sticky.
3 Drop by 1/2 teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
4 With a floured knife, score each treat once or twice, so the treat can be broken into two or four pieces after it is baked.
5 Bake about 5 minutes or until the bottoms of the treats are golden brown.
6 Flip the treats and bake for another 3 minutes or until both sides of the treats are golden brown.
7 Remove from the oven, let cool thoroughly, break along scored lines to make bite-sized treats, and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
8 CRUNCHIER TREATS: If your cat loves crunchier treats, when all the cookies have been baked, turn off the oven. Place all the cookies back on a cookie sheet and return them to the oven. Leave the cookies in the cooling oven for several hours or overnight.
