Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS:
1 extra-large vegetable bouillon cube 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon finely grated carrot
1 tablespoon fresh, finely chopped mint (optional) 1 tablespoon fresh, finely chopped catnip



1 Place the vegetable bouillon cube in a bowl and add the water. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until the water is hot and the bouillon cube has dissolved.
2 Place the bowl in the refrigerator to cool.
3 Mix together the carrot, mint (if desired), and catnip.
4 When the bouillon has cooled, add the carrot mixture to the bouillon.
5 Serve a room temperature 1/4-cup serving in your cat's bowl.
6 Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
