| 4 ounces lamb | 1/2 cup white rice | 1 medium sweet potato |
| 1 large carrot, chopped | 1 teaspoon safflower oil | contents of a 500-mg psyllium husk capsule |
| 1 750-mg calcium supplement, crushed | ||
| 1 | Trim excess fat from the lamb meat and then broil until thoroughly cooked. |
| 2 | Steam the rice per package directions. |
| 3 | Microwave the sweet potato until a fork slides easily in and out. Peel and mash the potato. |
| 4 | In a large bowl, cut the cooked lamb into small pieces and mix with the cooked rice and mashed sweet potato. |
| 5 | Add the carrot, psyllioum husks, and oil and allow to soak for 5 minutes. |
| 6 | Add the calcium supplement and serve. |
