| 2 beef hearts | 1 cup white rice | 1/4 cup bread crumbs |
| 2 tablespoons sunflower oil | 1 cup water | 1/2 cup finely grated carrots |
| 1/2 cup finely grated turnips | ||
| 1 | Boil the beef hearts in a small saucepan with water over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. |
