| 1/2 can white-meat tuna, drained | 1 teaspoon soybean oil | 1/4 teaspoon wheat germ |
| 1/4 teaspoon brewer's yeast | 1 tablespoon cottage cheese | 1 tablespoon whole-wheat bread crumbs |
| 1 teaspoon butter | 6 peas, cooked and buttered | |
| 1 | combine tuna, soybean oil, wheat germ, yeast, and cottage cheese in small baking dish. Stir gently. Top with bread crumbs and butter. Heat in oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees. Let cool. Spoon onto party plate. |
