Spinach-Surprise Patty

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup hamburger meat 1/2 leaf fresh spinach, broken into bite-size pieces 1/4 teapsoon brewer's yeast
1/2 teaspoon chopped grass 1/4 cherry tomato



1 Combine meat, spinach, and yeast in bowl and mix together well. Shape into hamburger patty. Grill on barbecue or broil in oven until cooked medium rare. When cooled, chop into chunks. Arrange meat in Mr. Everest shape on party plate.
2 GARNISH: Surround meat mountain with chopped grass and top with 1/4 cherry tomato.
