Crunchy Celery Cheeseburger

2 Sir Winston Churchill loved cats...so much so that he let his cat sit in on wartime cabinet meetings.


INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup hamburger meat 1/4 teaspoon green pepper, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon celery, finely chopped
1 lettuce leaf 3 blades grass, cut into 1/4-inch lengths 1 teaspoon grated Cheddar cheese



1 Combine meat, green pepper, and celery in mixing bowl. Blend together well. Shape into hamburger patty and grill on barbecue or broil in oven until cooked medium rare. When cooled, chop into chunks-or leave whole if your cat enjoys tearing into his or her food. Arrange lettuce leaf on party plate and spoon meat on top.
2 GARNISH: Sprinkle pieces of grass, then Cheddar cheese on burger. Serve immediately.
