| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 cup chicken-flavored dry cat food | 1 broccoli floweret, cooked and broken into small pieces | 1/4 cup cooked chicken, chopped into bite-size pieces |
| 1/4 teaspoon brewer's yeast | 1 teaspoon grated Cheddar cheese | 1 carrot curl |
| 1 | On party plate, layer 1/8 cup dry cat food. Top with broccoli, then chicken, yeast, and Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 cup dry cat food. |
| 2 | GARNISH: Top with Cheddar cheese cube and position carrot curl at side. Serve immediately. |
| 3 | TO MAKE CARROT CURL: (Prepare at least 3-4 hours before serving.) Peel thin, outer skin of carrot. With vegetable peeler, peel carrot lengthwise into thick strip of carrot 3 inches long and 1/16 inch thick. Wrap strip of carrot tightly around forefinger to make curl. Remove finger and secure curl with toothpick. Refrigerate in bowl of ice water. When ready to use, remove toothpick (carrot curl will keep its shape) and position on serving. |
