| 3 eggs | 3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese | 2 tablespoons milk or plain yogurt |
| 2 tablespoons sprouts | 1 teaspoon brewer's yeast | 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt |

| 1 | Mix all the ingredients except the margarine in a medium-sized bowl. |
| 2 | Heat the margarine in a skillet until melted. Add the egg mixture. Scramble over low heat until the eggs are cooked. |
