| 2 raw carrots, shredded | 1/2 cup green beans | 1 cup cabbage |
| 1 pound ground beef or sirloin | 2 tablespoons olive oil | 2 eggs |
| 1 14-ounce can of baked beans | 1 tin sardines | |
| 1 | In a blender or food processor, puree the carrots, green beans, and cabbage. |
| 2 | Brown the ground beef or sirloin with the olive oil in a large saucepan. Stir in the egg. |
| 3 | Add the vegetables, baked beans, and sardines to the beef or sirloin. |
