| 1 pound boneless cod fish | 1/2 cup milk | 1/2 cup water |
| 1 cup white rice | 1/2 cup diced green peppers | 2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
| 3 hard-boiled eggs, mashed | 1 carrot, grated | 1 tablespoon fresh or 1 teaspoon dried parsley |
| 1 | Combine the fish, milk, and water in a pan over medium-low heat and simmer for 20 minutes. |
| 2 | Steam the rice per package directions. |
| 3 | Add the green peppers, oil, eggs, carrot, and parsley to the fish. Simmer for 5 minutes. |
