Beef and Bean Saute

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon corn oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 pound ground beef
1/3 cup finely chopped green beans 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt 1/3 cup cooked rice
1 tablespoon cooked liver 1/2 teaspoon bonemeal



1 Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute approximately 30 seconds. Add the ground beef and cook until lightly browned.
2 Add the chopped green beans. Stir and continue cooking until the beans are soft.
3 Add the salt, rice, liver, and bonemeal, and toss until mixed well. Let cool and serve.
