| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 tablespoon corn oil | 1 clove garlic, minced | 1/2 pound ground beef |
| 1/3 cup finely chopped green beans | 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt | 1/3 cup cooked rice |
| 1 tablespoon cooked liver | 1/2 teaspoon bonemeal | |
| 1 | Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute approximately 30 seconds. Add the ground beef and cook until lightly browned. |
| 2 | Add the chopped green beans. Stir and continue cooking until the beans are soft. |
| 3 | Add the salt, rice, liver, and bonemeal, and toss until mixed well. Let cool and serve. |
