Fall Fruit Medley

INGREDIENTS:
HONEY-POPPY SEED DRESSING: 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-1/2 tespoons poppy seed FRUITS: 1 orange, peeled, sliced 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch pices
1 small bunch seedless grapes, each cut in half (2 cups) 2 apples, cubed



1 In tightly covered container, shake dressing ingredients until well mixed. Shake again before pouring over fruits.
2 In large bowl, toss dressing with orange, pineapple and grapes. Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours. Just before serving, stir in apples.
