| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups lettuce, shredded | 1 large onion, peeled and sliced thin | 8 Greek olives, pitted and sliced |
| 2 large oranges, peeled and sliced thin | 2 tablespoons olive oil | 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
| 1/8 teaspoon salt | 1/8 teaspoon pepper | |
| 1 | Using a salad fork and spoon, or two dinner forks, mix the lettuce, onions, and olives together in a salad bowl. Arrange orange slices on top. Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl to make a salad dressing. Pour dresssing over salad. Refrigerate. |
