| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/2 cup peanut butter morsels | 1-1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, divided | 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter |
| 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar | ||
| 1 | In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter morsels and 1/4 cup cream. Microwave on high (100% power) in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until mixture is smooth, (about 1-1/2 minutes total). Stir in peanut butter allow mixture to cool. |
| 2 | In a large bowl, beat remaining cream with confectioners' sugar at high speed with an electric mixer until medium peaks form. Fold cooled peanut butter mixture into whipped cream mixture into whipped cream mixture into whipped cream mixture until smooth. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use. |
